Oh how I wish I was in Brooklyn tonight! BAM’s Sounds Like Brooklyn Music Festival is kicking of tonight with a free show by Taylor McFerrin and friends. There are just some artists that have a profound effect on me when I see them live…Taylor McFerrin is definitely one of them. I have only seen him perform twice, but was blown away in both times. If you want to see an artist that is creative, innovative, and loves what he does, then head to BAMcafé tonight.
With the festival lasting two weeks, there will be plenty of other shows around all around the borough for you to catch featuring artists like, Beirut (sold out), Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, and Stereo Cupcake favorite, Emily King. Do not miss this opportunity!
