New Hudson Mohawke EP due January 2009
By Lizelle Jackson | December 4, 2008
In honor of Hudson Mohawke’s new EP Polyfolk Dance and his recent singing, Warp Records is offering an advance copy of “Polka Dot Blues” for free! A playful track with a crunchy drums and synth stabs, it is what I would imagine a mix of Jay-Z’s “Hard Knock Life” and the theme to the Rugrats would sound like. Yeah, I know how weird that sounds, but just that was the first thing that popped into my mind! If your excited as I am for HudMo’s latest, you can head over to Warpmart to pre-order the CD.
