The Bird & The Bee: ‘One Too Many Hearts’

    By Lizelle Jackson | February 14, 2008

birdbee_a1.jpgHands down one of my favorite groups of 2007, The Bird and The Bee, manage to mix genres like no group I have every seen before. Their self-titled debut album was a mix of jazz, indie, electronic, pop, and even a tinge of hip-hop, packaged wonderfully into songs that effortlessly flow from genre to genre. There new EP “One Too Many Hearts”, which was released just in time for Valentine’s Day, although not as diverse as their first effort, provides their trademark organ driven tracks and whimsical vocals. Like all of their work, you will not be dissapointed.

Check out their video for “Polite Dance Song”

In the meantime here are some tracks from their first album…
