Kid Cudi sends angry email to bloggers

    By Lizelle Jackson | December 6, 2008

I received a message awhile back from Kid Cudi asking to take down some mixes that had not been authorized by him. It was very civil and repsectful…

I know it can b confusin especially this early in my career to determine wut remixes r official or not but if u don’t hear about it on kidcudi.com, the Fools Gold Blog, or my myspace (www.myspace.com/kidcudi) then its not suttin I’m involved with….the ONLY 2 remixes out rite now are the Jokers of the Scene and the Crookers remix…there is no rap remix of day n nite at this moment in time….so for all the people who read miss jackson’s blog keep readin, she has not lead u wrong, BUT please pass this note along and do not post any unofficial K.i.D CuDi remixes unless Cudder and the good folks at ur new favorite record label FOOLS GOLD have released it. No disrespect to the guys who did there version of the song, I appreciate dat too but I must distinguish wut I had suttin 2 do wit creatively and musically from wut I did not…

So it seems the situation has escalated with videos being leaked that have not been approved by Cudi, because to put it nicely, he is pissed. Check out an email he sent around recently here

whoa…the one he sent you was pretty polite. but the other one was so raw. the internet is a beast, it’s hard to control what people do with what they find. i wonder will people actually respect his art or will this make them go even harder…
