Cowboy Junkies cover of “Sweet Jane”

So I hop into the car with my friends yesterday and they had this sweet little song playing by a band called the Cowboy Junkies. Turns out the song, “Sweet Jane”, was a cover of The Velvet Underground’s 1969 Live album version. Hailing from Canada during the late 80’s, the Cowboy Junkies never really had much success in the US save for “Sweet Jane” being placed in such films as “Natural Born Killers” and “The Good Girl”.
