es, I do like Lily Allen, and I’m not afraid to admit it. What’s not to love about a saucy English lass cursing over a bubbly pop tune.

So today is the official release date of Lily’s single “The Fear”, off her upcoming album It’s Not Me, It’s You, even though it’s been floating around for some time now. It’s your average pop song, but like most of the time with her….it’s her razor sharp lyrics that make it all the more enjoyable.

Life’s about film stars and less about mothers
It’s all about fast cars and passing each other
But it doesn’t matter cause I’m packing plastic
and that’s what makes my life so f***ing fantastic

And I am a weapon of massive consumption
and its not my fault it’s how I’m programed to function

Thanks go to Fluxblog for the track.
